Testing your integrationCopy Anchor Link

• Search, hotel details and live offers are free reads.
• Creating an order charges nothing. An unpaid order expires at its payment.expiresAt and needs no cancelling.
• There is no test environment. Any payment is real, and so is any cancellation penalty.
• Repeated test orders of one stay hit order_exists while an open order has any of the same guests, and a stay takes at most 20 orders.

Create one at fortrip.ai. Orders belong to the account that signed in when they were made, and so do their payment links and the rate limits.

Help and supportCopy Anchor Link

• Paid, and still confirming. The hotel is confirming the booking. Some hotels confirm at once and others take a while (the offer's confirmation). Ask your agent to check the order.
• Failed. No stay was booked. A card hold is released, or the payment refunded in full.
• Your bookings. See them on fortrip.ai, signed in to the account that made them (an order's manageUrl links there).
• Anything else. Email info@fortrip.ai with the booking number, which starts FT- (the order's reference), or, for an error, its requestId.
• A security issue. Email info@fortrip.ai.

Can my agent pay without the user?Copy Anchor Link

No. The user confirms the total and the terms first. Then they pay themselves, on the payment link or with Alipay or WeChat Pay. A Link token, a shared payment token from the user's Stripe Link wallet, needs the user's approval in Link, and it pays one order only.
